Parent Concerns

It is natural that at some time, you may be concerned about some aspect of your child's education. We consider it to be an important part of our job to deal with your concerns as soon as they arise.

Step 1

Make an appointment with your child's class teacher and aim to resolve the concern through this informal contact.

Step 2

If you feel that your concern has not been addressed then make an appointment with one of the Assistant Principals (Phase Leaders) to discuss a way forward.

Step 3

If you still feel that your concerns have not been addressed then make an appointment can be made by the school office to speak to the Principal.

Step 4

The next step is to write to the Chair of Governors, who will take forward any discussion to the appropriate level.

Remember: We want parents to feel welcome and involved in our Academy and their child's education, so please talk to us if you have concerns and we will do our best to resolve them.
